Idle & Paused Accounts

There are two states where alerts go quiet without you doing anything wrong: inactivity pause and subscription expiry over the free tier. Both are reversible.

Free and Early Adopter accounts that haven’t interacted with the bot for an extended period get auto-paused. Just sitting there silently watching alerts doesn’t count as inactivity — the timer resets every time you send any command.

When the pause triggers, the bot DMs you once with a message and an inline button:

⏸️ Alerts Paused
Your wallet alerts have been paused due to inactivity.
Your tracked wallets are safe — nothing has been removed.
Tap below to reactivate:
[▶️ Reactivate]

Two options, both instant:

  • Tap the ▶️ Reactivate button — fastest; one tap and you’re back
  • Send any command/start, /list, /tier, /help, anything. The bot’s middleware auto-clears the pause flag on any interaction so you don’t have to find that one notification message.

Either way, alerts resume from the next block onward. Your tracked wallets, settings, and history are all preserved — pausing only suppresses delivery, it doesn’t remove data.

When a paid tier or promo tier hits its expiry date, the bot:

  1. Downgrades you to free tier automatically (the daily expiry job runs at 9 AM UTC)
  2. Preserves all your tracked wallets — nothing is removed
  3. Pauses alerts only if you’re now over the free tier limit for either EVM or Solana wallets

This is the key distinction: expiring a paid tier doesn’t automatically silence you. If your wallet count fits within the free tier limits, alerts continue uninterrupted on free.

If you’re over the free limit, alerts pause until you fix the imbalance.

The bot sends warnings around expiry so you have lead time:

  • 7 days before expiry — reminder DM with the exact expiry date
  • Day of expiry — DM confirming the downgrade
  • Days 1 and 2 after — reminder DM if alerts are now paused (you’re over the free cap)

These are sent once per day, deduplicated, so you won’t get spammed with multiple copies.

Three paths back to active alerts:

  1. Renew your subscription with /upgrade. Pay for any duration → tier is restored → alerts resume immediately.
  2. Remove wallets with /remove until you’re under the free tier limit (50 EVM, 3 Solana by default). Alerts resume immediately for the wallets you keep.
  3. Activate a promo if eligible. The Early Adopter offer or any active campaign can grant you a free upgrade — see Promo Codes.

Whichever path you pick, the recovery is instant once the condition is met. No support contact needed.

Can both pauses happen at once? Yes — if you’re inactive and your subscription has expired, the database flags will both be set. The recovery is sequential:

  1. First send any command to clear the inactivity pause
  2. Then check /tier — if you’re now on free and over the limit, alerts are still paused
  3. Renew or remove wallets to fully recover
  • Banned accounts — separate state, requires support contact for unban. You’ll see a clear ”🚫 Access Denied” message on every command, never silent.
  • Group activity — group alert delivery follows the linked user’s state, not group members. If the linked user gets paused or expires-over-limit, the whole group goes silent. Other members can’t fix it; the linked user has to.
